my thoughts
Gently persuaded by love's appeal.
Slowly agitated with jubilant zeal.
This passion grew deeper in this sober heart.
Elaborately reflecting the sweetness of its part.

I shall yield to my heart silent yearnings,
Yet in silence I shall dwell.
Not divulging the feeling of happiness,
To no one I shall tell.

I shall not tell you that I love you,
You must till death never know,
The feeling I'm reluctantly hiding
Save me from ignorance's blow.

Enamored, yet the heart does not domain.
The mind and soul still have it say.
Truly I'm satisfied with the thought,
Of loving you everyday.

Enamored, yet I'm free
From the dread of broken heart
So free because you too love me
And all despairs depart.

Should we together answer love's gentle call
Brought from the urge within our soul?
I love you and you love me,
Enamored, we're lost in love's undying sea.
