A true friendship of love

Saira was looking out of the window and was missing his loving Usman. She was hoping that Usman would come soon to see her.

Usman was Saira's class fellow and his first love. Saira didn't like Usman at first sight but after some days she too begins to like him. Everyday in the class Usman stared at her deeply not knowing what is around him. At last, One day Saira came to him and gave hand for friendship with Usman.

After 2 months Usman and his family had to shift to their new home and fortunately, they came and settled in the neighborhood of Saira's family.

Sometimes Saira would go to Usman's study and sometimes Usman would go to Saira's. After finishing their homework, they usually went for a walk to a nearby park.
One day when they were walking in the park some ugly boys came and surrounded them by each side. They were probably teasing Saira one by one. By seeing this, Usman became angry and asked them to fight. Usman jumped over each one. He punched them in eyes, belly and legs. Ugly boys became angrier so they too started to hit Usman very toughly. Blood begin to bleed and by losing lots of blood Usman fainted. By seeing this, Saira came forward. They laughed at the girl but Saira didn’t bother and she begins to beat one by one hardly. These bad boys became severely injured. Saira called police and they were sent to jail. After the fight Saira called Ambulance and they went to Hospital....

Usman was still in severe condition and he was still not waking up. His wounds were bad too. Doctors were treating him. Yet doctor found out that he needed blood for cure.

Saira was waiting outside the room where Usman was being treated. After a minute one of the doctors came. Saira asked "Is Usman alright?"Doctor told her “his wounds were becoming better yet he needs blood of someone". Saira requested, "Can I give my blood?" Doctor told her "You could give blood for testing. If blood group will match then I will be agree to donate it from you." Saira was agreed too....

Arslan, Usman's best friend came to hospital to visit two of them (U, S). He asked the room from the reception and then went ahead. When he entered the room, Saira was just set free after she donated her blood and the doctor was injecting blood to Usman. After a while doctor went out of the room...Arslan said "Hello Saira, how is Usman now?” Saira said,” Usman is bit well". She then told Arslan all about her and Usman. Usman was still asleep. Arslan said, "Hey man, get up, now you are fine."Usman woke and saw Arslan and Saira standing beside him. A minute later Saira excused them for minute. When she went out of the room, Arslan sat behind Usman's bed. Then they began to talk. Then Usman said, "Can u tell what happened after the accident?" Arslan then told all about Saira had told him and also that the blood he (Usman) received was Saira's blood. Usman was pleased to know that his true girlfriend had saved her life...A month after Usman and his family had some financial problem so they had to change their home in other country.

After 3years

Usman and his best friend Arslan were now in College. In College Usman had her new girlfriend Maira so he forgot about his "old" girlfriend Saira. But Arslan was still the friend of both.

One day Usman was in his home lawn talking with his friends Arslan came with the news that Saira had an accident and she was admitted to hospital. Arsalan requested Usman "Come with me for visiting Saira as she had nobody to take care of her in the hospital because her parents is out for business journey". Usman refused to come and ignored his request and was again become busy with his friends. Arslan said,” I will come again to take you".

Now here Saira were in the hospital bed looking out of the window deeply in thought. She was probably missing Usman and was thinking of days when he was with her. Arslan came to visit her. Saira invited him to sit down beside her in the chair. When Arslan sat down he asked her if she is recovering. Saira told him that she is well now and that missed Usman very much. She also hopes that Usman will soon come to see her. As she knew that Arslan still kept in touch with Usman. But she didn't know that Usman and his family came back again to Pakistan. Saira asked,” Where is Usman now a day?” Arslan answered, "Usman is now in Pakistan and I am coming from his home". Saira was delighted at knowing this. She also said that she wants to see Usman. Arslan didn't say a word, as he knew about Usman. He than got up and went out. Saira bid him goodbye. Arslan went out where his motorcycle was parked and then he went home. Saira once again became unwell and called doctor immediately. She was again in unconscious state.

The next day Arslan again came to Usman's. Again he found Usman busy in talking to his friends. Usman said him hello. Arslan answered him. Once again he requested Usman to come with him to see Saira. Usman refused him but this time Arslan became angry. He then spoke to him that remembers Saira whom he (Usman) first loved. Remember how she helped when she took revenge for him. Remember Saira who gave blood to him and saved his life. Hearing this Usman was very moved so he suddenly called Arslan to come with him to see Saira. In the car he once again memorized Saira who gave so much love to him...

The car stopped in front of the hospital and Usman and Arslan got out from the car and went to see Saira in her hospital room. Saira was sleeping when they entered. By the sound she woke and saw Usman with Arsalan.Saira was very excited to see Usman after 2 years. In later, she told them to sit beside her. They began to talk of here and there. 5 min after Arslan gave some excuses and went out the room.

Usman began, "Arslan had informed me about your incident, how r u now?” He kept silent for a while and then started again, "Arslan requested me to see you, but I refused to meet you. I didn't even telephoned u for 3 years. I forgot everything about you when Maira came into my life". Saira was listening very silently. Usman continued,” I know how much you missed me and how many years you were waiting for me. I became very proud. I am sorry I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Please forgive me. Now I promised to be with you forever. Will u accept it?”
