The retelling of the 12 dancing princesses from the soldier's point of view
Prolouge
Erindell; a place somewhere in our minds faintest memories; a place once created in our childhood play. A land that in past times bore living legends; men's brave deeds went before them and thier footprints pave many a grassy knoll; a place where mystical creatures and magic lands thrived, where dragons roamed and trolls waged battle against the human race of the overworld.
In Erindell, a young boy grows up, destined to follow in his father's footsteps as a farmer, if war did not first claim his life, and war was looming heavly on the horizon from which no man could escape, many a teary-eyed mother and wife stood watching as thier sons and husbands walked away to the sound of marching and drums, only to have them return gray and stiff, caught forever in the pose of death.
The boy of whom this story is about was named Rhys, and little did he know of the journey he was about to take...this is his story.
