Why have You given me such a wonderful love?
I'm a sinner who has sinned under Heaven above.
I have felt Your Holy touch as a reborn Christian.
Walked astray in God's straight path and direction.

My faith was weakened by the sins I've committed.
The Devil corrupted my mind into making decisions.
Why have I let this beast into my soul Jesus Christ.
You are the sole receiver of my holy love in this life.

At Christmas, my thoughts are of precious Jesus.
You are always near protecting all that pleases.
Please forgive, me if I've let one foot walk astray.
Take my love Jesus Christ on your Holy birthday.

All though I am not worthy of Your precious love.
I need to pray to You living in heaven up above.
I'm asking You for love now and for life's eternity.
My sweet Jesus keep me in Your graced divinity.
