The way I feel as I look out onto other people, that I'm not the same as them.
Alone
 
Here I am,
Alone in the spotlight
surrounded by all that I want to be a part of.
Here I am,
Alone.
I dream of a time where I can be a part of you
but no matter what I dream of,
here I am,
Alone.
You smile at me
and I smile at you
but we are not the same.
You are smiling at me,
but I’m not really smiling at you because
Here I am,
Alone.
You’re not really there.
I’m alone.
