This is chapter one to a story I am writing. I still have to revise a few things.
Sitting against the large oak tree, upon a hill over looking the city, Christian took in a deep breath, the coolness of the crisp autumn air causing him to cough. Raindrops trickled down his face, kissing at rough, tan flesh. The ebony cloth that clad his rather small frame took in whatever water hit it, weighing him down. As he stood the heels of thick sole boots fell against the ground, causing mud to splatter around him. He slowly made his way home, leaving the secluded place he held so dear. It was his escape, his escape from...him.
Christian's hand trembled, as he fumbled with his keys. Brown locks stuck to his glasses, making it hard to see. Finally, after a few moments, the door came ajar, and Christian stepped in. Locking the door behind him, he made his way forward, into the darkness of his bedroom. "Where have you been?!!" An eager voice bellowed out from the far right corner of the room. Christian ignored it. It spoke louder, the voice was seeming to draw nearer. "Answer me!" It hissed.
"I went for a walk..." Christian spoke in a monotone voice, a heavy english accent rolled from his tongue.
He flipped the light switch, sending a burst of fake light throughout the room. Christian was alone.
He moved to his closet and grabbed a pair of sweat pants and a tank top. In a bit of a hurry he changed. Throwing the soaked clothes into a weaved basket against the wall. Sitting at the edge of his bed, he stared at the floor. Spacing out. Then the lights flickered, as thunder rose, breaking the well adored silence. Darkness take over the small room.
"Dammit." Christian spat out, in a whisper.
"Christian, are you going to do that tonight? If you won't, I will.." The voice had returned, and with a more of a mocking tone.
"No, I am not. Now leave me alone!!' Christian growled.
"Did you notice she doesn't care? She was talking about you, Christian. After you waited and watched for so long in silence, you finally spoke to her. She ignored you, and repaid you admiration by speaking filth about you!" The voice seemed to scream.
"I can't do it..."
"Why can't you? It will be so simple... so perfect...You can make her yours..."
Christian's head perked up from his little stareing contest with the floor.."Perfect.." The word attracted him....

[Im not finished but I would like to know what everyone thought!!]
