Wow. Great descriptions and imagery. Keep it up! I would just put the last three paragraphs in another font or color to separate from the story, like it’s an afterword. Definately grabs the reader and transports them.Maybe share it on Halloween too. Happy Valentines Day!

Wow! I wish I was close to my mom like that. I just started skating again.physical activity will always be my drug of choice! Great imagery and feelings in the essay. Also made me think of the time I washiking in Salzberg, CT on a very challenging trail.
