Interesting piece, wasn't what I expected from reading the title, but nonetheless it has quality. The piece seemed a little weird to my eyes, but it did have a nice message embedded in the weird flow. I think that's all I can muster for now, take care.
Nice piece I truly feel like that myself with knowing that there are some personal angels in my very life, ones who may not look the part yet you know it from their pure hearts. Enjoyed reading the piece, and it was exactly the lift in my spirits I needed for the day. Take care.
The one moment you wish you could change just to spend more time with the one you realized you love more than life itself...I wonder if many people have found that one person for them yet, or if they've let it slip through their fingers like running water. *sigh* Well enjoyed the piece, it was worked perfectly to make it seem like a dialogue, that's all for now. Take care.
Passion the flames of love, enjoyed this piece about your baby. I lean more towards seeing the loving and compassionate side to people since that is the side that shows the most upon good days. This piece showed that side the one where everyone who cares wants to know, and are blessed once they have the chance to see it shine. Loved the piece, take care.
Interesting piece, quite weird in the beginning yet after slowly coming into the middle you began to understand and comprehend more of the feel of how this piece is beginning to flow. I enjoyed reading this poem shown, thanks for sharing, take care.
Such a nice effect to have a friend where you write such a beautiful poem. Loved the acrostic, such a wonderful tone of honesty and love shown that I can just get lost in the words shown when I read over and over it many times again. Well to have some end notes this piece is perfect, take care.
Freedom rings loudly in this piece, I enjoyed taking the time to slow down to read this fully, as a reader it would be easy to envision these charactes in all their full effect from the description shown. I loved the details and the constant build to the bit about the girls rebeling by ripping their skirts to allow themselves freedom. Thanks for sharing, take care.
Ah Friday I was today was Friday instead of Thursday, at least then I could look forward to going out of town and relaxing from the long week I've endured. Enjoyed your piece, and who doesn't love the weekends. The days of the long restless week to kick back and say that was the end of that long week. Take care.
Sounds like the old machines are getting wiped out by the smart versions so they can ruin your life a little bit at a time till they go haywire and destroy everything. Hope they don't realize how smart they are and decide to run for president in the election this year Take care.
Nice piece with tons of humor, I was wondering why you weren't all awe struck at first when you mentioned those weird astrological events, only to read it was announced by the weatherman and other people on TV, so I know not to trust them. I've learned the hard way whatever the weatherman predicts is ALWAYS WRONG the opposite of what he predicts occurs so I gave up on believing those lies. I won't believe what the weather people say nor various other shows about astrological things and weather related events, well not till a BLUE MOON.
So true the facts you stated in your piece, I've had my share of negative anonymous reviews...and I didn't like them at all, I even got furious one time that I took it out on my love. I wish people would have the guts to either read it and rate it honestly with the courage to show who they are or not rate and review at all if they plan on being anonymous. *sigh* I could speak on this subject all day if I really felt like it, but to save myself drama and time I'll simply say take care.
The truth and honesty shown in the words in this essay makes me get a glance at the woman behind the poems and books written, I truly have to say that I hope you get better from all of the stress...because to lose such an asset to the writing world along with your family's world would be the worst fate ever. I hope things get better, take care.
Ah...poetry that doesn't need to rhyme just pure thoughts and emotions written down without any shape or form intended yet they always shape the most detailed ideas, and form the most beautiful words ever. Loved the piece, it was an interesting read from beginning to end, and I'll be back for more like soon. Take care.
Such a beautiful piece with such beautiful words that blossom into such a wonderful thing at the end. The saying at the end is what impacted me most though, that saying is so true to the point, because when you find that true love from either your friends, family, or that one lover that won't ever part with you then you're the luckiest person in the world since you've learned that love is the best thing ever. It'll go from the ups and downs to the rounds-a-rounds, just holding on tighter each time something goes array. Well I better stop myself before I get lost in talking about love. Take care.
Well put on the last verse 'ease up on yourself, and learn to live.' We all need to take those moments to step back to get away from all that crowd expects us to do, and do what we want to do. No reason to be so tough on ourselves for doing what we want to do, which is be ourself. Take care.
Questions is a piece that seems straight forward in it's approach the questions you ask are basic things to wonder if you're trying to find the way to answer them correctly. I think on a personal note that it's possible for those things to be answered yet it's up us as people to accept the answers or not. I know some times it seems like all hope is lost, yet there's always something that makes you realize that the answer has been right in front of your eyes all along. Well take care.
An interesting piece, loved the rhyming scheme along with general tone and flow of the poem. The effect that lingers on from this poem is quite nice, I loved the last line at this part 'my one desire to be free.' freedom is all that's needed some times when we just truly don't know what do in our current situations. Well that's all for now, take care.
Dragons one of my guility pleasures to collect pictures of, I love when I see artist's versions of the most elegant creature that could be fantasy or fact no one knows the truth about dragons other than they have so many myths and legends that surround them, saying that they were creatures of unbound power and wisdom. I wish there were a few still left, they may have had their bad versions among the good, but that's how humans are along with any other creature in our vast world. So fact or fiction dragons are unknown in their existance and true nature but what we do know is that the pictures that are drawn to show what they could have looked like are so beautiful. Take care.
Nice piece about meeting up with the friends who have passed on during your life, I've lost important people to me in my life, lost one who had such an impact on me that without him dying I wouldn't be the man I am today, nor would I have known I was so good at writing. Since it was that lose that made me write my feelings out that I couldn't speak, I know one day I'll see those that I miss, and until the day comes when I have the chance to see them once more I'll continue living the life that was destined live.
Thanks for the disclaimer note, but I do think that sometimes people rate lower than they should only cause they didn't truly read the piece or they didn't really care for the material which means that they could have at least left well enough alone than to dish out words like I hated this piece or this stunk, but that's how some folks are and can't change how they act, while for me I read the pieces, and then I read it twice to make sure that if I liked a certain part that I tell the author so that they know what I liked the most from their piece. Well I'm not sure what else I can say about this now, but I know that when you find those honest readers and raters that will tell you the truth and not just sugar coat it with a 5 star rating, those are the ones you listen to since they took the time to write something meaning full. Take care.
Well I can't say nice piece cause it was three pieces in one so nice collection of pieces shown. I loved the first part, I had a good laugh when you talked bout your husband during the winter. The second part was quite hilarious, the part about having the bottle of hair color in your hand made me laugh a good laugh, plus in 10 years from now everyone will look older than they want to be, but we have to deal with it, I'll probably be married with kids 10 years from now, with a few gray hairs. That's life for you, you settle down, you get old, and you reflect on your earlier days. Whew the third part had me laughing and snorting...I haven't snorting during my laughs in years, the part I liked was how you and your mother are getting along more since now you have the shared pain of Menopause...other than that it definitely went downhill from the second the doctor said you were a girl Loved the read, take care.
Another piece of questions, I can tell in this piece that the character is wondering if the person she cares for even notices her when the rest of the world never sees her. It's good piece, the question format is a little tough to comprehend upon first glance, but after glancing a few more times it becomes clearer. Well take care.
A short piece with the meaning about the sadness of your world falling apart while the memory of someone lingers on, the blue of the tower represents sadness which is obvious, and this piece is supposed to bring out the sad factors in one's view point. Well take care.
Wow...this piece seems way more than just words shown, seems like there's a whole complex story behind it, I don't know what the hardships of this long story is nor do I know why it began, but I do know that the ending was peaceful and that's all that matters in the long run. Well take care.
The one regret we all wish we could deal with at times, the chance to say goodbye to a loved one, I'm not sure what words would suffice from the pain of this one regret...all I can say is I felt that pain with my best friend when he left this world, never having the chance to say goodbye hurts to the bottom of my soul. So as words of parting just remember they would want us to smile always.
