We all fear talking about it but integration is here and now. I somehow cringed when I saw the title but I dared myself to open and read. My smile grew wider as I read on. The problem addressed is common today. The article is relevant and to the point. We all suffer different challenges and to come upon an article like this can be a source of inspiration and hope. sometimes words can change alot and heal wounded souls. Wen we do not have friends to uplift us. we at some point reach out to strangers to hold our hands.
