I absolutely love the way this piece flows. When reciting it to me it almost sounded whimsical and the deeply emotional lines proved to be a perfect contrast. The structure of this poem I think is near flawless. It doesn't lose momentum at any particular point and no sacrifices are made to cater to the rhythm. It felt, to me, like a beautiful dichotomy of living with depression. In the sense that the aforementioned whimsical flow could be intentional to detract from the depression. Much like we do with our social interactions to act happy; only to cry inside.
