This poem is wonderful. It is concise, rhymes well for a rhyming poem, is true so it resonates for me. Nice job!

Wow! This piece is universal in it's content, feelings, and yet hope. I was taken in at the first line and followed the narrator to the end. Know that all ages bring the same feelings and that life will get better...and then not so great again, but that is life. This is a great beginning. Expand on it.
