I really enjoyed reading this. It really spoke to me about the struggles of mental health problems like depression and the need to be compassionate to ourselves and to avoid ruminating over the past as a way to move forward with our future. Beautifully written and well paced.

Really enjoyed reading this, I hope you continue to write more if there's more to the story! I liked the pacing and your description is excellent. My one tiny criticism was simply a repeat of the phrase "these questions are my only concern". I'm not sure which one would be best cut, but it would flow better without this phrase being repeated. Overall, a really enjoyable short piece.
