I am so glad I found this article. I love your thoughts. As someone who was married for 17 years and now divorced for 20 I understand the description of both canvases.

As life is ever changing and continuously evolving, so are we as individuals. As someone who continues to have a friendly relationship with my previous husband, the explanation of "the green colors being mixed forever and cannot be undone", I completely understand.

Even when life seems to take you in different directions the moments in time that you experienced that were "green" times can never be undone. We are who we are today only because of the experiences that we lived through up until this time.

There is a proverb that goes.... "The sky is not less blue because the blind man cannot see it".

Once we evolve to the point of finding and understanding true inner Peace and Joy it is then that we realize the significance that each experience along the way has played a role in what makes us who we are today.

Thanks for your story. I truly enjoyed your thoughts.

With Respect, Hope, Joy and Love, Carmela
