Absolutely brilliant absurdist reduction of the famous song. Oddly enough, the final point, i.e. that the Devil would not keep up his end of the bargain, could have been used to make another point: why would the Devil, assuming that he's the boss and that he's evil incarnate, need to make a deal in the first place? Wouldn't it be in his best interest to just steal souls?
But, I digress. All in all, it is a riotous piece. Seems to me that it belongs in a stand-up routine. I wish more comedy pieces were written to this degree of absurdity and with the fun that you seem to have narrating it.
