I am not a mystery reader, but I found myself instantly involved with Cassie's ordeal.
It is very clear and well written, with no problems that I could find.

I have never really enjoyed writing or reading poetry, but have found what I've been reading on Writing.com refreshing and raw.

Your poem has an honesty that makes me want to read more.

You might try to include apostophes.
