Really very good- I love it. What I do have to make a little frown at the slight racial displeasure hidden within its silky depths. But otherwise, a fantastic and moving pieve.
Ooooh, sensual! Very well done, you really convey your passion. I love the image of stars at the end- the power and heat of love, shining out... brilliant!!!
Wow... really stirring! You are really emotive in this short poem; it's great! The extended metaphor, this contrasting hot-and cold image, is incredibly cleverly used. You are creative and invertive with it, and really show your feelings! Every stanza holds the theme, and reitorates the idea- your conflicting, painful experience. The subject may have hurt you, but it inspired one hell of a poem!
Woah , really powerful! Made me think: next time I'm at a weddin, must I hold my peace? Is this what's best for the people? Strong. The first stanza is jarring; catches you like a barb. I am guessing you have had a strong experience of this in your past? Or is it a fear? It made me think, so thank you.
wow: that's amazing! Just climbed into my head and took it by command. Deeply stirring, really makes you think about yourself. Matt's long struggle really, in some way, echoes our own, does it not? So often I can feel like this! The return to the top was really clever; highlighting the lack of escape, the eternal cycle: brilliant!
Quite good. A tad too intelligent for my liking, I don't see it fitting with the dinosaur persona. But maybe this is a good thing, putting added intelegence in... Shall ponder your tale, but for now... I like it.
It's really good hearing about how writing sits in peoples lives, and you seem to have had a very interesting time! I love the ending, nice ongoing metaphor, with the brilliant little flick at the end!
Brilliant. A few little errors, but, in the words of that Apple guy; No-one's perfect. Shall give you a run over anything i think might run a little smoother later. But I actually really enjoyed this!
