As a person who does not read poetry that often, and as a person who is not from USA (not even from the same continent, quite far away actually), I must say that this was a rather interesting read for sure. It is nice to see that the person who wrote this did make it rhyme, so that's fun. Hope you have an enjoyable day.
While in terms of poetry, I am not the greatest person at reviewing them. I must say that reading the poem to see if it rhymes is one of my favourite things to do if I ever happen to read a poem. Though only if the poem is in English, as my first language tends to be rather simple on how a word is pronounced. Just look at the way it's written, and no matter what, if the words have the same end, they're pronounced the same in the parts they are the same.
To put it short: Good poem, I enjoyed reading it, sorry if I began rambling a bit. Hope you have a good day.
This was a rather interesting read. As I don't know that many Christmas Carols, I do not really know on what rhythm to read the lyrics in. Reading the lyrics as just words though makes me wonder if this carol is supposed to be cheery, or a bit sad and knowing the rhythm would help with that.
This was an enjoyable read for me. While rarely stepping into reading flash fiction, I've accidentally made them by writing some rather short stories of my own in single sittings. Sometimes I do however find gems like these. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying other flash fiction stories are worse than this one. Nor am I saying this one is the only good one I've read. I'm just saying that from the few I've personally read, this one was on the upper half. Good job.
Like I've said multiple times in other poem reviews (I get to these poems through the Read & Review button on the side. Rather useful I must say). I am not the biggest fan of poems. Not that I dislike them, no. I just personally don't read them that often, mostly due to preferring to read a novel, when I read a book.
Though from this mindset, I will say that the poem was a good read for me. Glad to see that those, who enjoy poems, do write them.
As a person who has lost a few pets in his life, I can just say that life goes on. I'm still sad that my family's dog died back in 2015 (she had cancer, so instead of having her suffer, we decided on a painless death) but I do also know that I must continue and not dwell on things. I hope that whatever happens after death, that Oreo is doing well.
This was a poem for sure. I am not sure how else to comment on it as I only really read poems on this site, and even then, that is rather rare. It was an enjoyable read though, that much I can say. I am glad that there are people writing poems, so those who enjoy reading them more than me can read them.
This was a rather interesting piece of poetry for sure. If I may ask, was the theory in psychology about how people put on masks in front of different people referred to as personas? Because that is what it surely feels like to me. In addition to the poem being interesting, it was thought provoking as well. Good job.
This was certainly a very interesting read. This also reminded me of the fact that this website is quite old, though I do enjoy the fact that there are no ads, even if the interactive stories tend to get paywalled annoyingly instead. Anyways, it was an interesting read for sure.
This was a rather interesting read for sure. While I can't really say anything about it in terms of actual artistic value, as I am not that familiar with poems. I can say that I personally did enjoy reading it quite a bit. Glad to see that people do write poems.
That was a rather interesting piece of text to read about one of the deadliest animals in the world. From what I remember, outside of humans (which is rarely counted as an animal, even though scientifically, humans are just animals), the hippopotamus is the deadliest animal.
This was a rather interesting piece of text for sure.
Though I must wonder...
For an essay, this one seems to be quite short in comparison to the essay lengths I'm more used to seeing (being closer to a few thousand characters in length)
As a person who rarely reads poetry, I must say that I enjoyed this poem.
While I am not going to start wondering what the person writing this was thinking, I can say that from the poems I've read on this site, it is more positive.
This was a read.
One could say it was an interesting read.
I personally would say that as a read, it was indeed leaning towards being interesting, but didn't go the whole way.
I do not know why this was written, nor will I judge it based on my personal impressions.
Good job.
A very interesting line up of tales. This isn't something I would normally do, so seeing that there are other people in the world who would do something like this makes me smile. More proof that while people are similar in many ways, they're also different.
This was a rather interesting read. While I can't say about the story, as I haven't read other chapters yet (found this with the read & review button), it seems to be rather interesting. So that is something good. I honestly don't have that much more to comment, other than good job.
This was a rather interesting read for sure. All I can really say about it is that I did learn something new from reading it and that it is not something I would read again. Nothing against the text in question, it is just not something I would read.
Reading the poem, I must say that it was rather impressive. While I shall not assume what the intention of the person writing the poem was when writing it, nor shall I assume the message the writer intended. I personally interpreted the message of the poem as being to accept new changes in life.
While I do not know what the writer was thinking when writing this poem. I do have to say that I hope their mindset has reached a better place and that if it hasn't, there is at least one person they know that cares about the writer and to not give up, even if the going gets hard.
The concept behind this interactive story is amazing imo. I would say that it's one of my favourites, but that would be high balling it a bit due to there not being that many different paths the story has went down yet which makes sense due to this interactive being quite new and not many have added to it.
