Wow very sad/dark poem, very raw. Seems to me that you are possibly depressed, so I hope you are okay now if not just remember it does get better eventually. From a poem perspective, it sort of needs a little more of a 'flow', is more akin to song lyrics. An unusual structure for a poem, but I did think it rawness gave it character.
