I enjoyed reading this short insight into the restaurant world from a manager's perspective. I used to work as a server and know all to well the rush and excitement of a busy Friday night at a fine dining restaurant.
I would like to hear more about the night or perhaps some crazy stories from other nights like maybe rude customers or restaurant gossip etc...It would also be nice just to hear more about your thoughts and emotions as a manager. Why you became a manager, likes/dislikes and frustrations and celebrations.
