I liked the story. I was wondering though if it is based in the realistic world, or the movie realistic world? I hope you understand my comment because I do not mean it as an insult, more of a critical question. Its just that when I try to write realistically (straight out of the world I live in) sometimes the imaginative seed grows too strong, becomes too enticing, and a story can catapult into the realms of the unbelievable. Not that I think the situation your characters get themselves into is unrealistic, but maybe the resulting behaviour is. From the way in which they (Charlie and chuck) converse with one another and the way the jocks behave I'd believe that they all grew up in upper middle class backgrounds? And I think anybody from that particular conner of comfortable living would be terrified in the face of a gun. But then again I live in Sweden so what do I know. Anyway I will presume that this story is mostly written to thrill and entertain, with a nice underlay of 'those who destroy' philosiphy. I liked the dialogue and the story, though short- was entertaining and well written.
Cheers
