| I check creativity, grammar, word choice, and the flow of the story. I say I'm harsher on myself than others, but if I see something that needs to be fix I will tell you. I like communicating with the author so that they understand where there's an error, why it's an error, and how they can fix it. As a writer myself, I understand other novelists write in different styles and tones. This means each story will get different advice from me based on what the author wants to get across or how they want to write. |
