I'm not much for poems personally, but it's not every day someone writes a horror poem that's so grotesque and still so poetic. I found myself enjoying this piece despite being hardly ever fond of poems. For that, I give you a round of applause!
As for tips, I cannot be allowed to give others tips regarding poetic writing, but I can't see how to improve on this either, in any way. It's faultless in writing, if I may be allowed to use that word! If I was to be a real pain in the a** though, I'd point out that you forgot a period mark at the end of the mangled appetites line.
