Writing for me is cathartic and has a healing effect. I like how you have written from your heart, from that deep sorrow you feel. That is where the best writing comes from. Some things could be expanded on so the reader gets a better idea of what your are trying to convey. But I got the general idea of what you are saying. I like where you are going with it and I can connect with it because I have been there.
We are all wounded in many different ways. This is just my judgement but it sounds like a wound or two want your attention, acknowledgement and some loving kindness
I understand the sadness that seemingly comes out of know where. I have been there, I still am. It's not easy to grasp a hold of why it is there. I recommend sitting with it, in a quiet place, undisturbed. Be kind to yourself, allow the pain to be there, actually take the time to Feel the pain. Where is it in your body, what does it feel like, does it have a shape or color? Get to know it then ask it what it needs. You may be surprised with what you find out.
Be kind to yourself, take you time and allow yourself to feel those emotions. all they want is some attention and kindness.
