Love the humour in this poem but also the sobering thought expressed in the final verse. I especially love the first two lines - "Feeling jazzed, now looking straight, He goes walking herky-jerky" - a great picture of the gait of a turkey and a clever way to rhyme with the word "turkey". Well done and keep it up.
