Quite a detailed profile, it gives you many avenues to take your character. Thank you for letting me read your writing process as I am just a beginner to the site.
Brought a smile to my face, loved how you wrote about the dog's reaction to all of it, I can imagine that it one of those things you certainly won't forget.
Loved all the many oddies that people say, and the look that we give them we they do, because most of the time it more confusing trying to correct them. Thank you for sharing your work.
What a lovely piece of writing, brought smiles to my face, I too have had a similar experience, with kittens. I like the humor in it. It's always such a treat to watch a man fall in love with an animal, because often they try to be so tough, but then the cuteness overwhelmes them.
Certainly some powerful feelings in this poem, I can feel the raw emotion in when I read it. Please continue your writing, I appreciate being able to read it.
Beautiful and very moving, a joy to read. What a fine man that Joe is, I'm always hoping that inside each of us lay a hero, when the time is needed. This restores faith, when at times it seems to be lacking in our country. Please continue your good work.
Very nice and insight poem, that we often get wrapped up in things, and forget to appreciate the small things~the happiness that we see in others, what we can bring to others which is joy. Which is what I felt I received when I read your poem.
Really funny, love the humor in it all. Without questioning and laughter life would be boring. Thank for sharing your work. As I am just beginning on this site, I find reading yours very encouraging.
Very nice poem, reminds me of the one's often shared in Woman's world magazine. I'm beginning to write and am encouraged by reading a work such as yours.
