Review of What Can I Do?  Open in new Window.

Yes, we are powerful. So much more so than any of us imagine. We don't realize just how powerful we are. And there are many who want to keep it that way. Our words, our actions impact many like a ripple effect.
Becoming self aware is a process that can take many years to perfect, but if we all try together, it will happen and all change will be what we want to happen. Write on, my friend, write on!

Dropping a short note to let you know, that I appreciate your words in tow. "Make no mistake where each one stands..." Aye, as we should always be aware, and will be if they be transparant enough to see.

Write On~

I really like your chosen subjects for writing articles and poetry about. You make complete logical sense to me, and I agree 100%. Wokeness is about to murder my country of America, forever if we don't stand up to their bullying and cancel culture antics. They do not have the right to do anything they have done. And those who are being cancelled need to sue these self-righteous lying sacks of crap for libel and defamation of character. Because they are guilty through and through of lying about everything they get their hands on and are supported by our "journalists" in the network medias. (if you want to call them that, they are more or less practicing the oldest profession in the world, if you know what I mean.) We have to stand up to them or be cancelled out of existence as the United States of America.

*Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:
This pen hits home one too many fronts. Will we have a civil war? The country is divided and no one is really offering any solutions to the problem, just punishments for being on the wrong side. It will not end well.

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:
No grammar or spelling errors

*Bullet* Overall Impression:
(only my opinion)
I hope we can bridge this ravine of dividedness, but it does not look good. Too many people are being added to the list of the unemployed. And in other cities across our great nation, more people are being driven into poverty by greedy governors and mayors. All I've seen out of this new administration is punishment to the American people for hoping to be great again.

*Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:
If I believed in it I'd say AMEN. Your pen was well
organized; grounded in reason and common sense. You
are correct, the numbers did not add up, so they
started to count all deaths as covid 19. They
are so lousy at lying, I wonder why they continue
to try.

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:
Your rhythm was sound and your rhyme perfection.

The SCIENCE of the matter really is nothing is being
said about what really happens when you catch
a virus, and that boosting your immune system with
vitamin C, D, & A, can alleviate the worst of it.

It's not the virus that hurts you, it's your own
body's immune system over-reacting because our
immune systems have been compromised with dirty
water, dirty food, dirty air. Most of the people
dying from this disease have died because they had
prior, underlying health issues before the "pandemic".

Tell me; if the average person's age is 82 that is
dead from a disease and the average life span is 80
years, how is that a pandemic? Last year's flu season
killed 90,000+ people in the United States but we did
not shut down our entire country for it.

No, no pandemic. Not saying it is not real, because
the "new world order" manufactured it in their Wuhan
Lab, but it is not as deadly as they have been fear
mongering us about. More people have gotten sick at
home than those who were not on lock down.

What they have done is created more fear between us,
so that they can mandate expensive vaccines top down
that damage us more than we have already been.

Oldest trick in the book to divide and conquer. It
just scares the hell out of me how people are doing
what they are told to do, instead of listening to
their own heart and mind, and doing what they know to
be right.

I am posting my favorites so others can view:

Thursday, January 10th, 2019:
People make up countries, not governments.

Monday, January 14th, 2019:
If the parliament or any sort of assembly is supposedly to present the people of the nation, its members are supposed to live in the level of the people of the nation as well.

Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019:
Take care of those who laugh a lot. You don't know how much sadness in their hearts there is.

Tuesday, January 29th, 2019:
How come there are anger management programs and not stupidity rehab programs?

Wednesday, January 30th, 2019:
How strange that we see the bright side of advanced nations, but turn a blind eye to the structure of their societies.

Sunday, February 10th, 2019:
Some look for the positive changes, while some look for goals and advance. Seldom I saw someone looking for peace.

Wednesday, February 20th, 2019:
Poverty is awful. Do not make it evil with bad manners. Fortune is a gift. Do not make it a curse with bad attitude.
Homes are the people in them, not how they look from the outside.

Sunday, February 24th, 2019:
Some people do not realize the effort I exert to not hate them.

Wednesday, February 27th, 2019:
Every life you encounter along your way, however mundane and quiet it might seem, is strange in some way.
And that who feels estranged in his own homeland, where to would he go?
One major problem with people in general nowadays is that they believe that their likes and dislikes is a form of a religion or a creed to be followed.
It is those little things that people tell you are useless which will raise you up further.

Sunday, March 3rd, 2019:
One of the disasters of modern times is that we justify bad manners, to the limit of becoming a norm.
Some people think that I brag about my birthday on social media every year. They don't know that I'm just celebrating alone.

Friday, March 15th, 2019:
How modern law works: Have the money? You will get the justice. You don't, then please don't bother the court.

Sunday, March 24th, 2019:
What is civilization but taking care of the people?

Monday, March 25th, 2019:
Democracy: Giving the fool the right to speak, and rule.

Sunday, March 31st, 2019:
Goodwill has become endangered of extinction to the limit of needing organizations to promote it.

Wednesday, April 10th, 2019:
What happens in the West stays in the West. What happens in the Middle East is everyone's business.

Thursday, May 9th, 2019:
Ever got the feeling that "success" is overrated?

Monday, May 20th, 2019:
It's easier to stand with the aggressor against the suppressed than the other way around. They call it "Politics."

Saturday, June 8th, 2019:
Let's not speak about values, until you realize that life cannot be learned from TV shows.

Wednesday, June 26th, 2019:
Do not expect those who make the law will abide by the law.

Monday, August 5th, 2019:
Stop producing stupidity, and calling it a culture.

Nomi Prins' is absolutely correct. If we don't break them they will break us, again. They have done it at least twice already. We are nothing more than slaves to their almighty dollar, and the only thing American's seem to make or create any more is DEBT. *Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:
"Cry Freedom Cry! From deep inside where we all reside." "Human as to
Human, the Future is no place, to place your better days!"--DMB. Your poem
reminded me of the two songs above by dmb (Dave Matthews Band).

Oh how we long for freedom, and then take it for granted. Exchanging our
liberties for false securities. As they strip away each and every one of our
individual rights and liberties, one at time right under our very noses.
While we either sit dumbfounded and silent or are already fast asleep due
to an overwhelming amount of stress and depression, or too busy chasing the
almighty dollar to care.

I like your pen because it reminds everyone who reads it that FREEDOM
is not just a word written about in literature and song, but a very real
concept of human rights and dignity. Thank you for this read.

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:
Nope I saw none. Free form poetry was the perfect medium for this.

*Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:

You have 'hit the nail right on the head', as the old saying goes. Your essay is very informative and actually newsworthy. The conspiracy of undermining our constitution has been going on since its inception in this country. So have the cover ups and secrecy of our fictional history vs our non-fiction history in our forced education and indoctorine, taught to us from the age of 5 and up to have us believing the fiction. "What is History But a Fable Agreed Upon?"---Napoleon Bonaparte.

It is difficult for people to believe that we have been lied to, conned out of our wealth, and our constitution shredded right under our very nose. You are correct. Many have lost confidence in our institutions and hopefully they don't believe everything they hear and see on the news channels. The problem is they won't DO anything about it. I personally don't believe that people believe they can DO anything about it. But if the government gets their authority from 'we the people', why are we asking for their permission to DO anything?

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:

Paragraph 4: "It's one thing build technology from scratch"
I think you meant: It's one thing to build technology from scratch

Paragraph 10: "it was not longer possible contain."
I think you meant: it was no longer possible to contain.

*Bullet* Overall Impression:
(only my opinion) I just hope 'we the people' awaken from our long sleep in time to help ourselves out of this mess we find ourselves in. If we go to war again on a global scale, as in World War, where will the aliens place their alliance? Just asking.

*Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:
Your 'call to arms' made me remember one of my favorite stories, "Stone Soup". To paraphrase;

Three soldiers where returning home to their village after a long war had ended, and knew by the looks of it, the villagers had less than they did. But they were hungry, so they built a fire, filled a pot with water and added a stone, hanging the pot over the fire to boil.

The villagers watched all this commotion with disbelief, and one came out to say, "What are you doing?" One of the soldiers replied, "We are making stone soup." The man replied, "Well that's just silly. You can't eat stone soup." He then returned to his home and brought back a ham bone, and added it to the pot saying, "I can't make anything with just one ham bone. So you can have it."

Another villager came out and said as they were adding their gift to the pot, "I only have two carrots. I can't use two carrots to make anything, so you can have it." A third came out with three potatoes, stating they could not make much from three potatoes. Soon all the villagers where gifting one or two items, which was all they had to the pot of stone soup.

They all stood around the soup pot and fire, laughing and joking with the soldiers. They realized that though their village was threadbare and rubble, when they all gave what little they did have, there was enough for all.

That is the moral to this story. If everyone gave what they had to give, there would be enough for all. No one would be homeless. No one would be hungry. No one would be illiterate. No one would go without. This was my moment of clarity.

But alas, that was 40 years ago, and still the world has not changed, except for the worst, as people have become even more selfish and self serving than they were when I had my moment of clarity. I have posted my belief on every public bulletin board available, and talk about it any time I am able, but nothing seems to change.

Please forgive my jaded opinion of people, but that is my paradigm of the world today.

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:
I did not find any typos, grammar or spelling errors.

*Bullet* Overall Impression:
(only my opinion) I hope you keep writing about your belief that we can think about our actions before they turn into a catastrophe. Hold onto your hope for a global moment of clarity, for though others may think you a fool, I think you are on the road to enlightenment.

I really like your write of due
And wish it was so as it is true
that George Bush was guilty
his war crimes were many.

Alas, we the people are asleep
Can't seem to wakee, wakee
Allowing Bush & Cheney
to get away with treason anyway

His own consciousness is long dead
so he of course will feel no dread
or pain for the horrors he caused
and walked away free because

We the people have become convinced
that power belongs to those in politics
when in fact they are allowed to govern
by us, we the people, who are the governed.

we need to revisit our constitution
and declaration of independence
reading every word, sentence, footnote
and looking up any not understood.

Then compare it against our current policies
made into law by our lawyer/banker government
Then exercise our right & duty as legal citizens
to bring the corrupt cuds down with or without impeachment.

There you have it, there it is, and so it goes!

*Bullet* How it made me feel/what it made me think of:
Can I say "Amen!" We have strict gun laws in place already and all they do is stop citizens from owning a gun when they need it the most. We can never let them take our guns. Guns don't pull their own triggers to kill people, people do. If not guns, it would be swords, knives, rocks, pitchforks, shovels, their bare hands, whatever it takes to kill, people will unfortunately always find a way.

*Bullet* Structure Challenges:
I saw none. I really like the way you formatted this essay with an outline and follow through. It was very well done and well edited.

*Bullet* Overall Impression:
(only my opinion) One thing these mass murderers have in common, especially the school kids is they are all on anti-depressant drugs. There has been no research into the long term effect of psyche drugs, and people just don't realize that mental illness is over diagnosed and 'way' over medicated, especially in adolescents, when their behavior is not what this society wants, they want compliant, docile children and are finding it difficult to keep the rebels down without their psyche drugs. Anything that changes your chemical balance or stops certain hormones from being produced is bound to cause some in-balance somewhere, especially when the meds are stopped without being weaned off of them. They cause psychotic reactions. Besides, I would not put it past our government in an effort to strip us of this right, to stage 'postal' terrorists in gunning down innocent people. It would not be the first time that the fear factor was used to deny us our civil right. That however, is for another discussion. Please do write on!

Though I have never been one to write in form poetry, I might try this form. I like it. I like how in your face it is. I am over joyed to read your content! Finally, someone else is writing about our planet and the damage we are doing to it. Mother Earth is the only planet we have to live on, so I believe we need to take care of Her and do it now! That is what your poem says to me! Thank you again for writing the truth!

This essay is very well researched and notated as such. I enjoyed (if that is the right word to use here) your article very much, and it is refreshing to see someone actually writing about our environment and the effect we have on it by the hour. Thank you for raising awareness by posting this very important article on WDC. Please do, WRITE ON!

You are correct in assuming that it could happen to you. It very well can, especially in today's political atmosphere of 'big government' controlling everything and stripping us of our constitutional bill of rights. What can one person do? You hit the nail on the head with speaking out against it. Write an editorial and send in to your local newspaper. March in the streets, round up others that feel the same way, and make our government address your grievances. This is not only your right as a U.S. Citizen, but your duty to your country and it's constitution.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." This statement says it all! Please do write on as well, for it gets people thinking about it when you write about it and place it in many places to be read.
