It's hard to say how often we dream about being popular, worldwide famous, respected by all. But it's even harder to say how often we stumble upon troubles on our way to popularity. People around us seem to be so true and genuine, but how many of them can we really trust? How many would come to support us when we need it? Isn't it normal for people to lose hope when they see no one really cares for them and their problems?
Sometimes I think that I want everyone to leave me alone, honestly. Sometimes it's great to be alone so no one would offend you, no one would say bad worlds to you and no one would annoy you. It passes with time, but then it returns again. That's why I understood... no, I felt this poem with my very soul, and for this I'm grateful to the author. This poem is about truth of life and a common feeling that some people try to suppress inside them, which is no good.
Thank you for the poem.
Dear author,
You know, I must admit that I've always had problems with poetry: writing, reading, and understanding. The biggest trouble is 20th century poetry, because it's full of symbols you have to analyze, and this is what stresses me the most. Good old classic is easier at this point - don't stress yourself, only read and feel. And that's what I liked your poem for. You read - you feel with your heart and soul, so you understand what the author meant. For me, it is a good sign. This poetry is not only about love, but about Life, and you can feel it, too, when you read. This is even a better sign, for when an author connects themselves with the matter of Life, it means they think about the highest things and have a soul of a philosopher. For that, my respect. You should keep writing poetry.
Sincerely yours,
Drak.
