This was interesting. I could relate to the character in various ways, I know I'd be one of those who wouldgo in search of the sound. I've done it before. This story was a look at obsession in a new light. To stay up searching, destroying walls, putting oneself in danger... All for a noise that was not found. Was it the dishwasher? Why did the sound move? I feel like that man wanting to search the walls for the answer.
First of all, this is a gripping tale. I was entranced and taken to a place of prophecies, legends, swords, and heros, but there was something lacking. This was more of a synopsis of a story than a story. It does need more detail, and I look forward to when you will add the additions mentioned in the beginning of the story. One thing I thoroughly enjoyed were the names. Very nice names for this time of story.
