I guess the beautiful thing about poetry is that each person who reads them takes away something different, or gets a different picture or image or meaning to the words.
This poem made me sad, A life where love has died and the writer has become lost, depressed and desperate I really like the last 4 lines.
Almost often saying honey, don't
I must stop this; enough with sadness.
Deadly little red pills no more,
I will fly away... a new life soar.
this gave me the vision of someone tormented with the one she loves, tormented because he has found a fondness for his fists and although way more subtle than my November rain effort I believe she takes her own life to this way ending her pain and flying off to a better life.
Thanks for this it gave me much to ponder.
