I totally agree with this! It's short, but you make a good point. It's shocking that they're not willing to give out free cups of water. To an extent, I think that it could cause more harm than good. For example, how many homeless or poor people are unable to afford water? How many of them relied on Starbuck's free water to survive? It could be a possibility.

Your article left me with some food for thought, very well-written!
