As a pet owner and animal lover, I really felt the pain and hurt of this puppy. I donate to shelters and promote no kill shelters which are now becoming available in our area of lower Alabama. There is a group of doctor's wives who devote time and money to a free neuter clinic in our area with either free or very low cost services. These women also support a catch and release program for the city of Dothan near me that catches feral cats, neuters, and releases them to help keep the rodent population down near businesses and homes. This program has really been a success with people and businesses donating money and food to help keep the program alive. Food is placed in specific spots near businesses for the cats and the business owners watch out for them so that no one harms them. Keep up the good work writing and supporting shelters!
