Well, I'm not exactly sure of what all transpired...I thought I was following it until the ending. I feel like it may be glaringly obvious, and I just missed it though. It was very well written and I felt the emotions throughout the story. I'm just still not sure what happened at end.
I love the last two lines. I don't really know why, but they seemed to bring the whole thing together. The beginning seems to be moving along the lines of most cliche angsty poems, but by the end, you give it meaning. I like it, overall.
I like the concept and the idea behind it. There are a few minor punctuation errors, but they could be intentional, I don't know. Nicely done, overall. :)
