What a sweet, inspirational poem! Loved the message, the easy flow and language, and the gentle reminder to readers without shaming them. Really nice job!
I found this to be an interesting read. I wish I could be helpful on the technical aspects of what makes a good poem structure, but I do like the content and imagery of what you've written, like that stress is eating the character while the character is at the dining table and how the character is alone at a table filled with people. The conclusion is a good one, in that it's plausible and doesn't leave the reader hanging.
Excellent erotic content without delving into the pornographic. I don't know enough about poetry to rate this technically, hence the star rating, but it has strong imagery and arouses the senses which it obviously what it is intended to do. With such inspired content, it's a shame it's only "Once in a Lifetime."
