I found this story incredibly relatable and poignant in its description of eleanor's feelings, i absolutely enjoyed it!

The only thing i can suggest is the transition and pace of your story, i would have loved a more descriptive tone to it, but i am no expert, i speak only from a reader's point of view.
keep up the good work! you have got great potential.
