Fondly thinking of all of you that I've missed for so long. It's been rough. I'm recovering from being homeless, but I'm finally getting my footing again and have an amazing therapist who has been helping me cope with this plaguing PTSD. I hope you are all doing well.
Thank you, Olivia. It certainly isn't always easy now, but it's definitely not nearly as devastating as homelessness. I'm sorry you also suffer PTSD from time-to-time. I hope you continue to heal with time.
PTSD treatments are getting better and better. I'm glad you've found a person who is helping you with yours. Often, folks just do basic talk therapy and that isn't always helpful.
And great work crawling out of homelessness! That's no small feat!
