I am assuming you mean the next part to the story you habe posted. Since your membership level doesn't not allow for a book setup, you will have to make another seperate static item for the next chapter.
Unless you are asking about adding a interactive chapter to someones interactive. In that case you would get to a page without anything added and follow the directions there.
