Hi all, hope this finds you healthy. I have a newbie question: I tend to write with a lot of contractions which drives editing apps crazy. Is it that wrong to write like that if that's how I talk?
Contractions are fine. Use grammarly it's far better than anything else even the free version. It comes down to what gets your point across. In dialogue contractions are a must. Unless your doing a data from star trek tng character. As for the rest of it look at it and ask yourself if it clarifies or muddles your message
I've just edited an item in my portfolio:
Vicious Cycle Open in new Window. (E)
I write what I feel. Not sure how to label this. Is this considered poetry?
