Thanks a lot I got to know how to post an entry for contest

Actually yes I don't know how to post for a contest.
What do you mean, you don't know how to create a contest or you don't know how to post an entry? *Smile*

Hello HRK Author Icon *Smile*. Most if not all contests in WdC ask of us to post our stories/poems/articles etc. as bitem link. B-item link is not so confusing as it may seems to a newbies and I will explain to you now. When you clink on your story in upper corner, right under the title you will see id number of the story/poem or whatever writing it is. I visited your portfolio and I will get an example from there. You have a poem named 'The Bitter Truth' and that poem's id number is 2066683. All you have to do is post a new message in the contest's forum writing {bitem:2066683} or {item:2066683} and stating that this is your entry and that is all. *Smile* Now, maybe this is not the poem you want to enter but you do it exactly like I did it here with the one you wrote for the contest.

Once when you post in forum it will look like this- if you write bitem
The Bitter Truth Open in new Window. (E)
One should live one's life according to how He wants.

if you write item
"The Bitter TruthOpen in new Window.

anyhow you are entered contest correctly. What is the name of the contest? If it's official WdC contest then they don't have forum posts but survey that you fill up. First survey requirement is basically the same. In a provided window just add your bitem link and check the boxes bellow that states that you agree with their rules. Easy as that.

I have a video tutorial on linking that you may check if I was confusing *Smile*. Here *Right* "Video: Linking to an ItemOpen in new Window.. You may also wanna check this awesome snapshot tutorial from our moderator, it is really helpful for the newbies
