A home /farm writer. Great start to life.I dream of owning a small amount of land. My partner raised two orphaned lambs and they died naturally at the age of twelve. Skippy and sleepy. We have looked after Peacocks, bantams, chickens, donkeys, Goats. now my favourite of all is goats. There is something about them, they make human sounds and are sooo lovely. I love the milk and often have dinner with melted goats cheese on top. We have grown many veggies in our time but now there is no room where we live. We have a holiday cabin which we spend most of our time in, it is near to nature and the farm next door has plenty of sheep. I love to hear the bird song in the morning and smell the morning dew. The air is so fresh, we go for a mile walk most days when we can. I do have a new flat but it's there just for a bolthole. I hope you fill your dream, the work is hard but along the way you will store in your journal many wonderful adventures and memories. So precious to spend a few minutes at the end of a day and write about the weather and all that life has gave you. The mountains and valleys are sometimes tough but the will to do it has treasures that only the heart and mind can bring to you when old age comes to visit. I am looking foreard to reading some of your works. I am not a great fan of the cult stories but never condemn the mind that produced them. I am more of a romantic and with a pinch of thriller and excitement mixed in with jam and marmite. Welcome to the nutty, crunchy, everchanging world of WDC. GG. keep writing Alexi |
