Can't think of much advice in general, but what works for me is to just get writing.
The hardest part I've found is just motivating yourself to type the first word, but once I've started most times I just find myself getting into it and picking up speed and holding onto that momentum, sometimes even until I sleep. It's not much, but hope I can help a little. =p
