On the left hand side of the page, near the top, is a box that has a list of things starting with "things to do & read". Further down that box is a section called "Writing.Com tools". Click on it and you will get a pop up menu. At the top of the pop up menu is Writing.com 101 which will give you a run down of a lot of different things to help you navigate and participate on the site.
If you need more help, you can email people by clicking on their suitcase which will take you to their portfolio, then you can click on the envelope icon and it will let you write them an email. Feel free to ask me anything else you need.
