I don't have as many dog stories but I do tons of cat stories. I've been blessed with some interesting cats who do make sure I know when they need or want something. Yeats was notorious for when I was on the computer, and he wanted attention he would lay right across the keyboard. I could move him but he would come right back. Once I snuggled with him then he would lie down beside me. Macavity when he wants to eat, taps your leg repeatedly. And when I ask what do you want he goes to his food dish. If I don't get up immediately, he will come back and tap my leg repeatedly.

I agree animals are far more intelligent than we realize.

I tend to overthink and second-guess. I try to let go. Moving on from past mistakes (whether or not they were truly mistakes) is key for me to meet new challenges and make new mistakes. *sigh*

I've lived with people who had needs. Sometimes it worked out; sometimes life intervened.

My favorite OT book is Ruth. I truly believe that kindness matters.

I've been in the process of taking back my house for awhile. Actually made some major progress in January. It is always a work in progress with an older house. I'll cheer for you as we both clean.

I just finished an embroidery project, it was so relaxing.

I would be devastated without my sight, I craft a lot and that loss would end all the things I enjoy.

Do you think you are a good example for others to follow?

I try to be a good example. I know I definitely slip up at times. Overall, I like myself. I couldn’t always say that. There are parts of me that I don’t like to let out like my temper. Sometimes it scares even me.

thoughts about patience

What are your thoughts about patience?
Patience is a very broad subject. There are many things that can be said about it. Patience helps us wait on things well. It is obtained by going through tough times and having our faith tried. In my case, being around pets and kids and working with customers gave me a lot of and I am sure I lost a lot of it too. Life requires patience. The Bible has a lot to say about it too. Just look up patience in a concordance, and take a look at that list of scriptures.
