Wow, it sounds like you've been through some stress! It's nice that the two of you were able to get out and do some shopping. Definitely keep connecting with your friends. It's helpful for you and for them! I hope plans go well for your future spinal surgery and that the actual surgery is uneventful and successful.

I have had surgery on my spine. It was scary but things turned out fine.

I agree; it's hard to find good quality anything here in The States. I think it's sad that companies insist on focusing on finances rather than quality when it comes to making products. But we have to do the best we can and do a lot of research before purchasing anything. I hope your new toaster lasts for a long time. I can't tell you how old our toaster is. Can't tell you the brand name right now either or where it was made, but it's a four-slice toaster and we've had it for a very long time.

Dear God, please protect this family and everyone on the highways and byways, on foot, bicycles, motorcycles, and other conveyances. Help those in need of heat, shelter, and any other basic needs. Please comfort and help the sick and injured have a complete recovery in Jesus' name, amen.

I'm feeling better but a bit tired today. It was raining hard from 4:23 am and into most of the day!
Thanks for your cheers for my writing 😊! It's been a challenge to do it every day LoL, but wanted to keep at it this time.
Last year I missed a couple of days but did my best.

You're amazing too! You're doing Nano and so much else! So glad you feel better and getting everything, including your dishes done haha 😹!

Update, made music 🎶😀 and the usual life!

Ha in case you didn't get hit by a C-note snow 🌨️ ball. No one gets left behind!

I've been busy this week with the usual 😳 suspects! Laundry 🧺 and food shopping. We didn't go to Walmart. Instead hit Aldi's for some super deals. Cereal these days is a trip. The price is going up to $7 for the same box-not.
Instead sis got raisin bran and I picked honey puffs. Each was $1.99 yah! By the way they taste great and have no chemicals in them, I looked at the ingredients.

The Fruit loop knock off,had paprika instead of red dye #3.

Some of their products are from Germany, where the store started.
We spent $30.00 instead of probably 80. Full cart. Meat, raisin bread, fancy cookies for Xmas and more.

After went to Win Dixie and did good there too.

Today I leaned on my heating pad and listened to some music 🎵🎸 then I put Magical mystery tour on YouTube and felt my muse again. Grabbed my drumsticks and sang and played along. I felt good and forgot about my body issues for a while . Nice for a change 😃😺.

Have to do litter box, wrap more presents and whatever else today. This is about where my writing is for now and popping over to tag and such.

Working on pacing myself in this body. Finding a balance ⚖️ and will be writing down appointments for January.
Endoscopy and Physical therapy so far. Later will see what I have for the vignettes contest.

Not sure right now but time will tell. Have a happy Saturday y'all!
