My pen name is from my father whose pen name was Ben Haye. I was born in Philadelphia the youngest of 3 children. Graduated high school in Jun. 1971. Joined the Navy in Oct.1971. Got married in Sept.1974. Had my son in Philadelphia in 1976 and my daughter in Long Beach in 1978. I served as a Torpedoman’s Mate & Navy Counselor, as a Police Chief & Criminal Investigator with collateral duties as Evidence Custodian and Internal Affairs Investigator. I served 22 years, retiring to Florida in 1994. |
