I am a former teacher of intercultural communication and now I write about intercultural communication, and more often, miscommunication. I think stories, often humorous, have more impact on people than lectures. I know because I used to lecture. So, most of my writing is about experiences I have had or stories from students. And of course, I keep having intercultural experiences since I am an American living in Japan.
