I am a bilingual woman who was introduced to the English language at age five and immediately fell in love; I have been loyal and continue to read and write, daily. Have kept journals since an early age. It was always for my own pleasure and now, I am a wanna be author! Someone on this site welcomed me as an author and you would think I was handed the keys to the kingdom! In reality...I was handed those keys at age five! |
I write about different things and situations in my life. I am a free-spirited writer; who is willing to learn the craft. |
I have explored this site and discovered there are many different styles of writing poetry. Am excited to experiment! |
Surprise! Reading, writing, walking, dancing, classical movies, and love music. All kinds of music, depends on my mood. Last, but not least; travel, anywhere; to visit friends scattered all over the US. |

Don't have one, YET! |
I have found several that appeal to me but cannot mention them all because I do not know if I joined properly. I especially like the help and welcoming groups. Reviewing comes natural to me; if an item does not resonate with me I leave it alone. (?) |
My favorite genres are poems and short stories that hold my attention and touch my soul. I love books, too many to mention. |
Basic classics, biographies/memoirs of my favorite people; favorite inspirational writers; true crime; and just in case you didn't notice I love books! |
Classics, and contemporary writers. At different periods in my life, I was passionate about my favorite writer of the moment and would read everything they wrote. Today, I have a list of books that I have not read yet. |
Besides the usual classics; my favorites have varied depending on what is happening in my life. Emily Dickinson is one of my all time favorites but there are many more. Including E. Jong, S. Plath among them! Curiosity always got the best of me. |
"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning". Albert Einstein |
Most all music but especially Soul Music. When I was younger it was Rock and Roll and nothing else! Today I love Jazz, Classical, Gospel, and some soulful rap. |
Classics: African Queen; Casa Blanca; all the usual. I prefer a good movie with a good plot and not just fillers. |
