Type of Writer
I enjoy writing Pulp Fiction, psychological pieces, romance novels, music and musical theater pieces and the odd poetic work.
Writing Style
My writing style varies with what I'm writing. Pulp fiction obviously requires a different approach than musical theatre does
Favorite Genres
Psychological Romance novels, historical fiction set in the Napoleonic era, SOME sci-fi, musical theatre & murder/mysteries.
Favorite Books
The entire Hornblower Series, the entire Aubrey/Maturin series, "The Great Gatsby", "The Hound of the Baskervilles" and "The Godfather" among others.
Favorite Authors
C.S. Forrester, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Mario Puzo, Richard O'Brian, and Stephen King. Chaucer and Shakespeare have their moments, too; I suppose.
Favorite Quote
"Some say time stalks us all our lives. I prefer to think time is a companion who joins us on our journey through life & reminds us to cherish every moment, because it'll never come again. What we leave behind isn't as important as how we've lived."
Favorite Movies
"The Godfather Saga", "Amadeus", "Citizen Kane", "Forbidden Planet", "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea", "Captain Horatio Hornblower", "Operation: Petticoat", "Goldfinger", "Gone with the Wind", "To Kill a Mockingbird" and ANYTHING by the Rat Pack!
Favorite Shows
"1776", "Guys and Dolls", "Hello, Dolly", "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown", "West Side Story", and virtually anything written by Mozart.
