Catch-22 and Gaurds! Guards! Terry Pratchett. Again the ones that spring to mind....love lots of different books. I know I'm way to flexible.

Terry Pratchett Bernard Cornwell- Sharpe is awesome Charlaine Harris. The only ones that come to mind at first... I love lots of authors.
