About Me
Fast approaching 70. I'm semi retired from a career as a biologist, attorney, and academic. I still dabble in all of the above. When not dabbling, I spend most of my time enjoying rivers, swamps, mountains and deserts. I love places many find off-putting. At my advanced age I still enjoy wilderness and river tripping. I have a bit of an off-kilter sense of humor, which I think comes from too much mixing of biology and the law. I am decidedly old fashioned and prefer pen and paper.
