sad for the life that Lisa Marie lived, and yet inspiring, too for how hard she worked to develop a sense of family.

I wish there were more pictures.

It tells a raw, gritty story that's honest.

There are some parts that might be unnerving, especially surrounding the death of her son. I also wish there was a wider view or perspective of Benjamin's death.

The book is written from Lisa Marie's tapes and Riley's recollections. It's that emotional connection that really resonates with the reader. The insights into Lisa Marie's life will life the reader up at points, and break their hearts in others.
